Five days of intense hands-on instruction on how to do multimedia stories for the Web, including filming with digital video cameras; doing storyboards, stand-ups, voiceovers and other broadcast techniques; capturing video, audio and still photos; digital video and photo editing; Web page creation and multimedia Web site design. WHO SHOULD APPLY: All interested journalists and editors should apply.
HOW: Application forms are available at online.
Applications should include: completed application forms; letter of recommendation; three samples of professional work (photocopies or archival links are acceptable).
WHEN: The deadline for applications is February 7, 2005.
